Hold the Labradorite in your hand and allow its enchanting iridescence to capture your attention. Gently rub your thumb over the surface of the crystal, feeling its energy. Visualize a vibrant, protective light emanating from the Labradorite, surrounding you with its shimmering shield. Let this crystal's energy support your journey inward.

Step 4: Heart Healing with Rose Quartz
Take the Rose Quartz and place it over your heart, allowing its gentle and loving energy to envelop you.
